Q: Tell us about yourself…
A: That’s so hard to answer! I've been modeling and acting for many years as well as a hairstylist and celebrity stylist for the last couple of years. Now I have my own studio. I also have four siblings and I’m a very chill dog dad these days.
Q: Where are you from and where do you reside now?
A: From San Diego originally and now live in L.A.
Q: How did you get into modeling?
A: I was scouted. I used to want to be an actor so I figured it would be a good way to get a foot in the door.
Q: What has been the most rewarding moment of your career so far?
A: The first time I got to go to Europe to model; traveling and getting paid.
Q: What do you see yourself doing in 20 years?
A: I see myself being one of the top hairstylists in the industry.
Q: Where is the most beautiful place you’ve ever been?
A: Costa Rica.
Q: Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?
A: Introverted extrovert.
Q: What was the last TV show you binge-watched?
A: “Top Chef”.
Q: Who was your first celebrity crush?
A: Adrianna Lima.
Q: What would be the title of your memoir?
A: “S.L.U.T.”
But I can’t say what it stands for because I will be writing it!
Q: Who would play you in the movie of your life?
A: The lead and the villain.
Q: What cause do you most identify with and why?
A: My friend has a nonprofit called Social Ripple where the central idea is to ‘help one and pass it along’. Most recently they’ve worked with trafficked and sex slave women in Mexico.
Q: What are you most passionate about in your life/career?
A: Being happy and being kind.
Q: Where is your dream vacation?
A: Brazil. I’ve always wanted to go.
Q: What has been the happiest moment of your life so far?
A: When I found hair it was finding the job that I was meant to do. Before that I felt very lost in what I was going to do and that was a very cool feeling (to discover the perfect job for me).
Q: What’s your favorite song right now?
A: “What Is It About Me” by Lola Young.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve been given?
A: Calm down.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Chic but casual and approachable.
Q: What is one message you would give to people who have lost their way?
A: Breathe. One step at a time. Learn from your mistakes.
Q: What’s next for you?
A: Next for me is a lot of hair.
